Mario Music media bought M2 Entertainment for $15 million.
The deal is the latest acquisition in a string of Mario Music deals that have taken place since the company was founded in 2017.
M2 was acquired by NAMCO Bandai in 2018 and now operates as a subsidiary of Nintendo.
M2 has released music videos and music videos from several Mario games including Super Mario Run, The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, Mario Kart 8, and more.
The company also produces music for other popular Nintendo games such as Mario Kart 7, Super Smash Bros., and Mario Kart Wii.
The acquisition of M2 Media also means that the company will continue to be the largest and most respected independent music publisher in the world.
M3 Media, a subsidiary that operates independently from Mario Music, is also owned by Nintendo.
